How To Order
Orders can be placed online, by fax or email. Non-account customer orders need to be accompanied by cheque payment to the full amount of the order + VAT. If you wish to open an account please contact us on 0844 2646394. Please note there can be some delay in completion of orders pending on an account being set up and we would suggest that payment is made for the first order in full.
Account Customers
All invoices are net and payable within 30 days.
Min Order Value
We have no minimum order value, however we do make an £10 admin fee for all orders less than £150.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is FREE to all

All prices in this catalogue do not include VAT.
Returned Goods
Every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if goods are damaged upon receipt, please call us to confirm the correct procedure for return of the items. In the case of goods that have been incorrectly ordered, we charge a nominal handling and carriage fee. If goods are damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery or sign as damaged and contact us asap ( within maximum 3 working days) to notify us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
